I ordered a winter coat on 15/11/2025, and as of today, it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking my order revealed that this company is actually based in China. When I contacted customer support, they said it was out for delivery on 07/12/2025 and advised me to download a tracking app. After doing so, I received conflicting information; while it said it was out for delivery, it also indicated that they were still waiting for it. I'm anxious about the condition of my parcel upon arrival, especially after reading so many negative reviews about this seller.
