Absolutely shocking company, rubbish (wanted to use strong language) customer service, do not listen to anything your telling them. Apparently my parcel was marked as delivered, picture taken of a front door, but not the safe place as instructed. Don't tell you it's coming from china and will take over 2 weeks delivery. Absolutely avoid at all costs with this crappy company Harrison clothing Liverpoo. I've been going back & too for weeks now. All they keep saying we will send a replacement out, don't want a replacement, want a refund as the website is so misleading.
