The pilot jacket that arrived looked nothing like the one in their picture. It was too small and very thin and poorly made. They did reply to my dissatisfaction however stated a return costs would be my responsibility. The offered a100% credit or 15% refund which for something I could not use is quite unacceptable. I believe this company is giving the impression it’s a UK trading company but the items comes from China! Harrison of Liverpool is apparently a chauffeur company. Certainly not worth £65 more like £20!! I asked for a refund of 75% as the item is of no use to me. Will await their reply. As described in a few more reviews this company is not Liverpool based and will not pay return costs.Avoid this scam at all costs!UPDATE: 11/12/2025. Sophia at their office has initially agreed a 50% refund . I will donate the jacket to charity as it’s of no use to me.
