I placed an order for a winter coat on 15/11/2025, and I still haven't received it. While tracking my order, I discovered that the company is actually based in China, not Liverpool. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that it was out for delivery on 07/12/2025 and advised me to download a tracking app. However, the app provided conflicting information; although it indicated the item was out for delivery, further details showed that they were still waiting for its arrival. I'm concerned about what condition my parcel will be in when it finally arrives, especially after reading numerous negative reviews about this company.
