Emma from Customer Services was absolutely fantastic at dealing with an issue with damaged goods by the courier which were delivered onsite to a builder I supply. Emma organised replacement the same day I asked her. Changed the style of delivery to avoid the same problem happening again. Sam Taylor, Customer Service and Spares and Technical Advisor has single handedly, rebuilt my faith in the existence of good old fashioned service.He not only went above and beyond my requests to identify the correct thermostatic cartridges, but sourced them within minutes and had them despatched immediately.In 95% of cases, I get frustrated by the complete lack of accountability within companies when seeking advice or explanations to issues when buying products.But Sam not only knows his business and products inside out, he knows how to deal with the public.Fantastic service levels- congrats Sam.

Excellent customer service

We had an issue with some taps and push waste plugs, from start to finish when I contacted Harrison Bathrooms and spoke to Callum the customer service was excellent & second to none, I also had contact with Sam & Daisy. Responses to my emails were timely and my whole issue was resolved quickly & very satisfactorily. I received replacement parts under the terms of the guarantee & Callum said they would arrive by next day delivery which they duly did....thank you! I would highly recommend Harrison Bathrooms. (Scudo) A good standard of customer service is rare to find these days but Harrison Bathrooms certainly provided it. Duncan Millar
