I had about $9 left in my account when MicroShaft turned it off and moved it to Teams, giving me no way that I could find to get my remaining $ back. f this company. I use Google Voice instead and pay a similar amount, about $.01 to .05 per min depending on the country I need to call (very rarely, maybe twice a month).

I have £8.82 in my Skype account and I got in touch with Microsoft support and they blamed Apple Pay for refund and I got in touch with Apple Pay they said they only transacted the money but the recipient Skype / and or Microsoft support should handle this issue and it has nothing to do with my refund. SO IN SUMMARY MICROSOFT MADE SURE THEY GOT AWAY WITH MY MONEY £8.82 on technical matters . VERY UNFAIR
