Purchased a bed base, mattress, and headboard through Furniture Village towards the latter part of 2024. Delivered approximately 4-5 weeks later. Headboard when delivered had a cut/tear in the top of it so had to wait a further few weeks for a replacement. New bed was not used until the headboard had been replaced. It was approximately mid January 2025 before I finally got to use the bed. A few months on the mattress has developed a dip in the middle of it. I now can't lie comfortably as I'm made to roll to the centre of the mattress all the time. Not a good purchase decision.Very Disappointed.
