Review Time
I spent £1500 on a high-end pillow top mattress earlier this year and had to dispose of it just yesterday. Initially, it seemed fine for a couple of weeks, but soon it began to cause itching. After some investigation, we discovered it was infested with dust mites. We encased it for six months, but when we took it out again two days ago, the itching persisted. I even cut a small section of the wool topper to inspect it and found mites crawling inside. It’s appalling that such expensive 'natural' mattresses can be sold in this condition. This has caused us a lot of distress, and I will not be making another purchase from this seller. Absolutely unacceptable!

We don't have a major issue with the service, but the mattress and topper were delivered with the topper being uneven. Despite following the instructions from the company to fix the issue, it didn't resolve. Now, we are waiting for a third-party company to inspect the topper before it can be replaced, which is disappointing given the high cost of £6500.00.
We purchased an electric Ottoman super king bed. It's incredibly comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that you have to hold the button to raise the base instead of just pressing it once to open and again to stop. A remote would be a nice touch. Still, it's a fantastic bed that I recommend.
I purchased a medium pure embrace pillow top mattress and expected it to be a bit firmer than what we tried in the store, but this mattress is a night and day difference. Even after a month, it's rock hard. We have to use an additional topper to make it bearable. At 110kg, the mattress still offers no give. Very, very firm. I would not recommend.
