We’ve had a very positive experience with Harron Homes throughout the purchase of our new-build property at the Cressacre Green development.
From the outset, the sales and purchasing process was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, questions were answered promptly, and during negotiations I genuinely felt listened to. We were able to agree a deal I was happy with before moving forward, which made the whole process feel transparent and fair.
A special mention has to go to Martin, the Site Manager, who has been outstanding. He has been approachable, proactive, and extremely helpful from the snagging phase onwards. Martin has always made himself available, whether on site or by phone, and has taken the time to explain things properly, point me in the right direction with after-sales DIY questions, and ensure any issues raised were addressed quickly and sensibly. It’s reassuring to know he’s on hand for any remedial work if needed.
The house itself is finished to a high specification and, so far, I’ve not noticed any build quality issues. The development is a great choice — the views are incredible, the site feels well thought out, and the overall finish of the property is excellent.
My only minor criticism would be that some of the optional extras felt a little overpriced. There were a few items I would have liked, but they would have been significantly cheaper to retrofit later, so I chose not to include them at the time. That said, I understand this is part of how developers operate and it didn’t detract from the overall experience.
Overall, Harron Homes have been professional throughout, easy to communicate with, and supportive both during and after the purchase. We feel well looked after and would happily recommend them based on our experience so far.
