I ordered 8 boxes of scented candles from the Harco website three weeks before Christmas, but two weeks later I only received one box. I emailed them to complain, but no one resolved the issue. They asked me to send the box back, which I threw in the trash. When I finally received that box on December 10th, they had emailed me saying it would arrive on Friday, December 12th, but I haven't received any more boxes since. They said they were waiting for the shipping company to send them the information, but they've remained silent and haven't resolved the issue. I'm very disappointed with this company's way of doing business. I bought these items to give as gifts to my friends, but now that Christmas has passed, I have nothing to give them. I'm very upset.
