Excellent customer service, I can’t fault them. Evri really messed up the delivery, they get zero for. CS. But Harts of Stur not only sent out the parcel again but by a different delivery service, actually Royal Mail. They could only send part of the order as one of my items was in the undelivered parcel as it was the last one. So they offered to send me two parcels. They were very easy to contact, an actual person on the end of the phone…imagine that.
