Learning a new way to preserve food has been easy with the support of Harvest Right and their team! I ordered my system in 2024, having health issues I was not able to start using the system until Dec 2025. I tried it out from reading the manuals, but had questions. The Harvest Right Team has been extremely helpful with finding my user errors, installing tray system upside down....downloading new software and running test. All of the team has been helpful and friendly. I will be great at this Freeze Drying in no time!!! My suggesting is to start with small batches and work on increasing as you go. Make sure you get the latest software updates!!
