I don't usually write reviews for products, but I also don't have such good customer service that I feel compelled to let people know. I have owned and heavily used my HarvestRight freeze dryer for more than 6 years, but recently I had a small problem so I called the company and I took the unit into their warehouse for repair. Everyone I spoke to by phone or in person was sincerely kind and helpful. The repair took very little time and the cost was well under my expectations. Great company culture, and a terrific product!
