For the most part they are good. Just pray you never have a breakdown. Each of our machines has had 5 breakdowns. There are no tech who will come work on them. You are the tech. The techs you get to work with or on the phone and they are usually watching a YouTube video to try to tell you how to fix your machine. Really do your research before you buy one of these machines.
