“I had a mechanical failure on my vacuum pump—the cotter pin, spring, and ball bearing dropped into my oil reservoir and got sucked into the pump. It sounded like popcorn popping inside. I sent the video—they sent me a prepaid packing slip. I took it to the shippers and FedEx picked it up that day. Two days later it was at the factory in Salt Lake City. They tested it and sent it back within a week. I tested the machine and couldn’t pull under 700 millitorr. I emailed Madison and she said I had a vacuum leak ‘cause they tested my vacuum pump and it was down to 150 millitorr. When I investigated, I found I had a bad door gasket. I emailed her—she promptly sent me a brand new door gasket. I installed it and now my machine is running better than it ever has.
