I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a chest freezer three weeks ago and have been trying to find out when I can pick it up, only to discover it's on back order for another month. Why sell items if they're not available? The communication has been very poor. I would have chosen a different option had I known. The sales representative even tried to push a more expensive model on me.
