Completely unacceptable experience. I bought a chest freezer three weeks ago and have been trying to get updates on when I can collect it, only to find out it's on back order for another month. Why sell items if they're not available? Communication has been dreadful. I would have opted for a different option had I known. The sales representative even attempted to push a more expensive model on me.

I visited the store this morning to buy a new washing machine since ours had just stopped working. The staff member who assisted us was unhelpful and discourteous. He never made eye contact and provided no guidance when we inquired about different models, particularly regarding their quality. His attitude was dismissive. When my wife asked if he enjoyed his job, he admitted he didn’t, and when she suggested he needed to improve his customer service, he just smirked. We decided to cancel our transaction and went to a competitor where we received much better service. After over 30 years as a customer, this experience has made us reconsider our loyalty.
A disheartening experience with the protection plan I purchased alongside a premium sofa set. I expected peace of mind but have faced nothing but frustration. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, I've encountered a lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist. The protection plan feels like a scam with hidden clauses. After filing a claim, I was told I could revisit it later, but when I did, my claim was denied due to material unavailability. My reasonable requests for repairs or refunds were dismissed, leaving me with no coverage for the remaining years. I strongly advise against purchasing any protection plans offered.
The salesperson assured me of a price promise on a specific shaver. When I arrived to collect it, I found I was sold a different brand instead, and the staff conspired to label me as the liar. It's appalling how this has tarnished the company's reputation. I would give a zero-star rating if possible and will not return.
Only part of my order was delivered. After numerous calls, they agreed to send the rest, but I was never offered a refund for the initial delivery. No apologies were made, and I sensed a dismissive attitude from the operator. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation warranted one. The delivery personnel were fine; my issue lies solely with the phone support.
While the retailer was helpful, my experience with the product was not. I bought a microwave that malfunctioned shortly after purchase, and while it was promptly replaced, the replacement failed after 17 months. I now need to find a new microwave and wouldn't recommend this brand again.
After 7 months, the right swivel hinge of my WH-1000XM5 headset came loose. I returned it to the retailer, who sent it to the manufacturer. Initially, I was informed the issue was considered physical damage and not covered under warranty. However, I pointed out that this was a known design flaw and referenced relevant consumer protection laws. This prompted the retailer to escalate the matter, resulting in a free repair. My headset was returned in two weeks.
