Opening any additional programs leads to freezing, making it impossible to use for everyday tasks. The retailer has denied my request for a refund, claiming it’s a 'change of mind' issue, despite the product not being suitable for my needs and their inability to provide a proper replacement in a reasonable time. I'm now left with no choice but to escalate the situation through consumer protection. Given my experience, I wouldn't suggest buying high-value tech items from this store.
