Exceptional Support from the Staff

I faced challenges connecting my new printer to my WiFi, but the proprietor provided incredible assistance. Initially, we tried a video call, and when that didn't work, he traveled from a nearby location to help me in person. Not only did he connect the printer to my devices, but he also fixed my phone so I could receive message notifications. His willingness to go above and beyond truly reflects his dedication and care. I am sincerely grateful for his help. I highly recommend this service.

Very satisfied with our appliance purchases for the kitchen renovation

We are very satisfied with the prices we paid for the appliances purchased for our kitchen renovation. When we scheduled the delivery, we received two reminders from the service and a call from the delivery driver when they were 10 minutes away. The delivery process went smoothly; we couldn't have asked for more. Great job to everyone involved.

Disappointing Experience with a Recent Purchase

I bought a computer from a local retailer after clearly stating that I needed it for running specific software. I asked if the recommended model would be appropriate and was reassured that it would be. However, within days, the device became slow and often unresponsive, even with just one application running. Opening any additional programs leads to freezing, making it impossible to use for everyday tasks. The retailer has denied my request for a refund, claiming it’s a 'change of mind' issue, despite the product not being suitable for my needs and their inability to provide a proper replacement in a reasonable time. I'm now left with no choice but to escalate the situation through consumer protection. Given my experience, I wouldn't suggest buying high-value tech items from this store.

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Order

I placed an order for a headset online, as the platform indicated it would be ready for Click & Collect 'within a few hours.' After completing my purchase, I received an email stating it would actually take around a month. When I visited the store to inquire, the staff mentioned that 'extra time' on the website could mean weeks or even a month. Their explanation came off as sarcastic and dismissive, which was quite disappointing. I decided to cancel the order, but now I'm left waiting several days for my refund. Overall, the information provided was unclear, and the customer service was lacking.

Exceptional Service on December 15th, 2025

On December 15th, 2025, I was truly appreciative of the support provided at a cost of $599, especially with the manager approving the authorization. Additionally, the representative from the warehouse team was incredibly helpful by bringing the item to my car and assisting with loading it, as I have difficulty carrying it due to a leg discrepancy. It was also very kind of him to offer me a ride home.

Click & Collect or Not?

Visited a local store to pick up an online order at the Click & Collect counter, only to be rudely redirected to the Photo Counter. Wasn't I at the Click & Collect area where the sign clearly indicates it? Customer service at Click & Collect was unhelpful. The staff at the Photo Counter were nice, but now I think I'll spend my money elsewhere for better service.

Disappointing Experience at the Local Store

I visited the local store after placing an online order and was waiting at the Click & Collect counter behind another customer. I was abruptly directed to the Photo Counter for assistance. Wasn't I at the Click & Collect counter, as indicated by the large sign? The service at Click & Collect was quite rude. The young representative at the Photo Counter was helpful, but honestly, I'd rather pay extra at another retailer for better service.

Exceptional Assistance Received

On November 24th, 2025, I was provided with exceptional support from a representative at the local store regarding my soundbar purchase. The price was set at $250 with approval from management, and I appreciated the representative's help in bringing it to my car, as I couldn't carry it due to a leg issue.

Poor Delivery Service

The store and sales were satisfactory, but the delivery service was extremely disappointing. I was informed that deliveries were scheduled between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM, yet as of 6:00 PM, my order had still not arrived. Very unhappy with the service.

Refund Issues on a Faulty Item

I returned a kettle that was still under warranty due to leakage. Despite visible issues, the staff refused to acknowledge it as faulty. The company seems eager to take your money but finds endless excuses to deny refunds for faulty items. I would advise against shopping here, as the customer service is severely lacking.
