I went to collect my order, but there was no one available to assist me. I waited at the Click & Collect point for 10 minutes and no one came. I also rang the bell several times.
I spoke with a staff member, and I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to keep waiting. Unfortunately, this was not possible for me.
