Shopping online was so easy, clicked and collected, staff member was so helpful and friendly, called me to let me know that there is a 5 year warranty with the TV I purchased, brought the TV out to my car for me and the whole experience for five stars!!! Mt only regret is that I didn't get the staff member's name so he could get the recognition he deserves!!
