On the morning of delivery was told by the delivery folk, not the store, that the oven i bought for nearly 700e was out of stock. Add to that, the store could not say when it would be back in stock and to contact Whirlpool who said HN should know. Fridge was not installed due to a plug position and informed after the fact that now our oven may need a seperate hardwire socket, if it ever arrives. The delivery crew and installers however, were fantastic. Sp was the sales rep on the day. More the lack of communication that was frustrating
