Very negative experience in the Naas store
Had to return an expensive Coffee Machine 3 Months old.Naas store Manager was very rude and insisted it would have to be sent off to be assessed for 'customer misuse'. I tried to discuss my Consumer Protection rights and was told that my rights did not outweigh theirs !
A complaint has been made and is being dealt with internally apparently. If there is a manufacturing fault with the product the matter can be resolved ? Go figure
Purchase with this company at your own risk because you will be put through the ringer if anything goes wrong with it. So now I'm stuck without a machine until they can see if I broke it myself ! If surprise surprise this is what they determine, I will have to pursue this further by other means for redress.
Buy from somewhere else where you might receive better customer service and the presumption of honesty. If you bring a product back that stopped working after 3 months, then it's not fit for purpose.
