I instructed Nikki on my first property purchase, which sadly fell through. She was absolutely excellent and advised me incredibly well on a nuance of that particular sale that I didn't hesitate to instruct her when I found my next property, which has now completed. She's incredibly diligent, helpful, responsive and professional. Having been warned by friends that the house buying process is challenging and solicitors can be difficult to deal with, I seem to be the only person I know who found an amazing conveyancing solicitor and I wouldn't use anybody else now!
