Going from good to terrible, this company is now ignoring my emails, they claim their phones are down for maintenance but thats hard to believe, we have 7 cars with them, they have totally forgotten to submit one car before the deadline and have now removed another as a duplicate claim when it is simply a case of changed ownership between my wife and myself. what is going on??

The claim which my earlier review referred to (and the one which took almost three years to be dismissed) was for my car which was first registered new in 2015. Unfortunately, the litigation only applies to vehicles first registered between 2009 and 2020. Since your vehicle was manufactured in 2007, it cannot be included in the litigation. We also regret that it took us some time to formally terminate your claim. The eligibility criteria are clearly outlined on our website and during the sign-up process.Pogust Goodhead

I honestly believe this whole thing is…

I honestly believe this whole thing is a SCAM. I Applied for 2 diesel vehicles I had, one I still have. They kept sending me emails asking me to complete the form so many times, I completed them and returned each time until I became convinced they were gathering personal data for unlawful reasons. The latest email i have is to tell me my current DIESEL car is not eligible because it is PETROL!! This has been going on for years and I have gotten nowhere with them. Are they claiming and keeping 100% of the compensation? They have told me in writing they have closed my claim but the reasons are complete fabrication. Either very incompetent or downright dishonest

Just a long drawn out SCAM basically. Don't get your hopes up. They cancelled my VW claim after 6 years.Feels like they took the money to be honest.

Still waiting for my VW diesel emissions claim dating back from May 2021. I just get an email now and again with an update which tells you nothing. Also, is the phone number 03330155 900 still live as I cannot get through to speak to anyone.

Jan 2026 Told 09 plate Renault Clio not Eligible. Confused.

Hi, my husband and I are confused because we had a message in mid January saying our 09 plate Renault wasn't eligible for the My diesel claim legal case (we registered with you years ago). I just did some web research and found the final judgment has not been made yet, so now we are wondering how you could have decided we do not qualify. Don't trust them they'll string you…

Don't trust them they'll string you along for years and then tell you at crunch time your not legible regardless if i was or wasnt shouldn't you be telling me that at the beginning? Poor poor service

Waste of time

Waste of time. Take months, in fact years to get nowhere. God knows how many times I’ve sent them the same information. Reckon they actually work with the car companies… string you along then … today… send email cancelling claim. Wonkers
