Very disappointing experience!
The item has been delayed in shipping for over two weeks (even though I paid extra for 4–5 day delivery). I reached out to UPS directly, who informed me that the situation is absolutely not normal and advised me to ask the seller to launch an investigation with them, as only the seller can do so.
I contacted Harvey twice with this information but only received generic, AI-generated responses. I also tried to contact the Harvey store dozens of times by phone, using both their German and Swiss numbers, but no one ever answered. My most recent emails asking for updates have remained unanswered.
At the moment, the shipping status shows as postponed indefinitely, so I neither have the watch nor a refund in my account.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from them.
