I purchased a watch on December 5 as a Christmas gift for my partner through a platform. The expected delivery was between December 10-16. Although a tracking link was provided on December 9, the package was never handed over to the courier. I've received no responses to my inquiries. Now, I find myself without the watch, my money lost (I will need to lodge a complaint with the platform), and my Christmas surprise ruined. It's unclear where the positive reviews come from, but I won't be returning. Update: Someone contacted me shortly after I posted the review and assured me the watch would be sent.
