We purchased a water system in October under a 90-day return policy and requested a return within two weeks. An engineer was scheduled to uninstall and collect the system, which was finally taken back about a month later. We have email confirmation of this.
Despite the return, payments are still being processed through the financing service, with a third payment due next week. We have reached out to customer support multiple times via phone and email, but are consistently informed that the issue is with another department, and no one follows up. Recently, we were told they can’t find any record of the return, which is quite alarming.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, inadequate handling of returns, and persistent charges for a product they have collected. Would not recommend.
