Great product easily salt refill with small lightweight bloks, phone app to check on salt level, han softener for 40 years, this is by far the best. When I had a question the team had immediate answer to my query. Great product, great company.
First guy that came out was great. Could tell he really loved and believed in the softener which ultimately sold it to me although they weren't the cheapest or the longest warranty they included everything in their quote where as others needed add ons.

I recently had a water softener installed by a representative from the company, and I couldn't be happier. The technician was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The installation was done to an exceptional standard. Fantastic service from beginning to end.
We purchased a water system in October under a 90-day return policy and requested a return within two weeks. An engineer was scheduled to uninstall and collect the system, which was finally taken back about a month later. We have email confirmation of this.
Despite the return, payments are still being processed through the financing service, with a third payment due next week. We have reached out to customer support multiple times via phone and email, but are consistently informed that the issue is with another department, and no one follows up. Recently, we were told they can’t find any record of the return, which is quite alarming.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, inadequate handling of returns, and persistent charges for a product they have collected. Would not recommend.
The technician was highly approachable and connected with us empathetically, expressing surprise at the specific fault that was causing the leak, after confirming our assessment. He then went ahead and made a repair using various tools from his kit. It was a very enjoyable experience.
