Hayden was very skilled consultant. He knew how to install despite my flat pipes were not that straight forward. Genius! He was so polite and with gd manners. He was on time! He used dust sheet on my carpets. He even wore the protective plastic on his boots. I wish most builders, engineers carried out these in carpetted floors. Softwater is now running. Thank you so much. It is definetly worth the investment. No complaints!
