The sales rep patiently delivered a decent presentation and gave a few examples/demonstrations. However, to make the price appear lower he kept on giving me the price without the VAT, even though I repeatedly told him (at least 3 times) I am not VAT-exempt. He promised me he would get back me with details on the nutrients in the water filtered, in particular how much would be the sodium content. He never got back to me. This probably means the sodium content must be high and he is embarrassed. It seems to be a real waste of money.
