I was really nervous about this company after I read the reviews. I initially checked the reviews on trustpilot because I didn’t receive an email confirmation after submitting the form and my receipt, so I wasn’t sure if I had done something wrong/wasted my money.It turns out you don’t get an email confirmation straight after you submit your receipt. I submitted the receipt on Friday at 7 pm and only got confirmation that my refund has been processed on Monday at midday. Definitely could be done better, but I’m relieved that the refund has been processed. FYI - It also does take 30 days for the refund to process
