I have made 4 cashback claims via Hashting. 2 x FUEL10K products and 2 x Plenish products. Total amount due £8.85. All received approval emails from Hashting. More than 30 days has elapsed and I haven't received any money in my nominated bank account. I wonder if the partnership brand owners Britvic and Premier Foods are aware of what is going on, as they are reputable companies who would surely not want to have their reputations damaged.
Really smooth experience with Hashting. First time doing a digital cashback, I'm used to the printed coupons. The process was clear, after reading the details of the promotion on the general page, I had the option to receive my unique cashback link via text or WhatsApp and I reveived it instantly. I didn’t have time to complete everything right away, but I was able to come back later and continue without any hassle. The steps were clear and the whole process felt quick and easy. Definitely going to use this service more!
The company sent me an email that my cashback request was approved and that I will receive a payment within 30 days - not only is this a very long time to wait, but the payment never arrived! After 30 days I’ve tried contacting them several times, but no response! I think the company is a SCAM

At least four times I have emailed asking for my £5.75 refund for Strongbow Strawberry Cider purchase. I had one reply saying it had been paid into my PayPal account but I have sent proof that it has not. Very disappointed and angry. Don’t use.Karl I have sent another email to you personally to the address you’ve given below with my details. I’m awaiting reply and refund. Thank you.It seems it might have been my error. I apologise.Hopefully refund will arrive shortly. Thanks for your help Karl.
As below, bought an expensive Crosta and Mollica pizza to try on the promise of a receiving most of the money back. When you try to claim they announce the promotion is ended, feels like a dirty trick and left a bad taste in the mouth. Also alienated me a bit from the brand they are supposed to be promoting.
I feel like I have been scammed into buying a product I never would have otherwise, and been left out of pocket. My husband and I both got links to try a Crosta Mollica pizza for £1. We duly bought pizzas (the link says you have 7 days, but we bought fairly quickly) only to receive a message, when we tried to claim, saying the promotion had closed because all redemptions had been claimed. The message referred to T&Cs, but the thing is, you can’t possibly know all redemptions have been claimed until you try to make your own claim, by which point you’ve spent a ridiculous £8.50 on a pizza from a supermarket! Who knows how many links they send out compared to redemptions they have? Feel completely duped and if anything I’ll never be buying these pizzas again! Disgraceful.
Bad experience, feels like we were scammed in boosting their product sales. They were still harvesting mobile numbers even the campaign was closed!2025-12-12: I was presented with a Facebook ad, for the Crosta Mollica Collezione Romana campaign, I clicked and provided my mobile number in return for the moneyback offer. I also shared the offer to my family members, who filled in their mobiles too.We purchased the items the next day (2025-12-13), only to return home to find out the campaign has finished! We did not even have 24 hours between submitting our mobile numbers, to purchase and claim. Now I have the products which I cannot return to the store for a refund.I feel cheated and out of pocket.Update: I emailed Karl after their response to my review. Will have to wait + see. Hopefully a positive outcome!Update #2: The form mysteriously allowed submissions again. So I completed and submitted my receipt. Hopefully it'll pay out.(PS, no response from Hashting yet though.)
