Though their offers and vouchers usually work, customer support is NEVER working: they claim to answer in 4 days (quite a lot but ok) and even so they don't. I purchased a product and the link they sent me for cashback is not working and I can't claim another code...HEY, I got a reply here 1.5 years later :D :D :D
