The company produces outstanding cameras but offers very poor customer service and support, especially given the high price of their products. As a loyal user for a decade and having purchased nearly all their offerings, I've observed a gradual decline in service quality, with 2025 being the most disappointing year. I've tried to get someone from the company to acknowledge my feedback based on my experiences over the past year, but no one has responded, not even the CEO despite my multiple emails. Another brand provides similar quality at a comparable price but far better customer service. For this reason, I will not consider future purchases until the company improves its customer service. They should focus more on this aspect to keep their long-term supporters.
