The company creates remarkable cameras, yet the customer service and support leave much to be desired, particularly given the pricing of their products. As a long-time user, I've bought nearly everything they've released, but I've seen a steady decline in service quality, with 2025 being especially disappointing. I have tried to reach out for acknowledgment of my feedback regarding my experiences over the past year, but no one from their offices has replied, including the CEO, despite multiple attempts. Another brand offers similar quality at a comparable price but provides significantly better customer service. Therefore, I won't be making future purchases unless the company addresses these customer service issues. They need to invest more in this area to retain their loyal supporters.
The product, handmade in Sweden, arrived with defects that were easy to spot within minutes. This indicates inconsistent quality assurance. The customer service does nothing but politely inform you of delays, suggesting a week for processing, leaving your money tied up with them while you wait, with no other options. After spending over $7000, I expected much better quality assurance and service.

It’s incredibly disheartening that a luxury camera brand known for its craftsmanship and premium pricing provides such poor customer service and ordering experiences. When investing in high-end equipment, customers expect not just exceptional products but also responsive support, clear communication, and a seamless purchasing process. Instead, encountering unhelpful or nonexistent customer service, delays, and a lack of accountability is unacceptable for a brand at this level. It erodes trust, tarnishes the ownership experience, and ultimately makes the brand feel far less deserving of the prestige it claims.
I am very dissatisfied with my recent order from the company’s US Store. There were unexplained delays and a complete lack of communication; my emails went unanswered, and there were no proactive updates about the delay. The customer service was even worse: the online support was rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. For a company that prides itself on photographic excellence, this level of service is unacceptable. It erodes trust and diminishes the excitement of owning their products, making the brand seem unworthy of the prestige it claims. Until the company enhances its customer care and order fulfillment, I cannot recommend purchasing directly from them.
