The review rating is for Ben H in customer service only. In regards to Hatchette Partworks its a 2.5 from me. Following on from multiple issues regarding a subscription book collection I contacted customer services. I was angry and I did explain this to Ben H, however he took my details, listened to my issues and he resolved them in a way that I actually left the phone call smiling and willing to pay a for a couple more issues to reach a "spine break" something that Ben H explained to me and something Hatchette should perhaps advise their customers of. What was unique from Ben H, was his ability to be truthful and honest in his explanations and description as to why I had encountered the issues I had whilst providing practical solutions. All the while being emphatic and understanding. Ben H was able to stand his ground in a positive way and allowed the situation to become resolved with an outcome both myself and I'm sure Hatchette are happy with. Ben H is a true asset to this company and is well placed in this role. Other customer services should take note and he should perhaps be on the training team. Thankyou Ben.
