I moved to an area where the service isn't available, so I disconnected and switched to a different provider. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of my issues. Their backend team bombards me with daily calls, often 5-6 times, aggressively pushing for renewal plans for a service they can’t provide. Despite explaining my reason for disconnection, their outdated systems haven’t updated my status. Even after returning their equipment, the calls keep coming. Same script, same lack of understanding. Now they want the device back again, showing a complete lack of internal coordination. It's incredibly incompetent. Given the numerous negative reviews, it feels like there are far more unhappy customers than active subscribers. This behavior explains why. Has anyone managed to stop this harassment by escalating to the regulatory authority? If yes, please share your process. They call from various numbers, which seems like deliberate spamming.
