Avoid This Provider

I moved to an area where this provider doesn't offer service, so I disconnected and switched to another ISP. However, the issues didn't stop there. Their backend team constantly calls me, often 5-6 times a day, aggressively trying to sell renewal plans for a service they can't provide. Even after explaining my disconnection, their outdated systems haven't updated my status. After returning their equipment, the calls continue. They even ask for the device back again, showing a lack of internal coordination. It's utterly incompetent. With so many negative reviews, it genuinely feels like there are more unhappy customers than active subscribers. This behavior is telling. Has anyone successfully stopped this harassment by escalating to the regulatory authority? If so, please share your experience. They call from various numbers, seemingly as part of a spamming strategy. Avoid this service if you value your peace of mind, and if you've had a bad experience, please leave an honest review to inform others.

Relocation Issues with the Service

I moved to an area where the service isn't available, so I disconnected and switched to a different provider. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of my issues. Their backend team bombards me with daily calls, often 5-6 times, aggressively pushing for renewal plans for a service they can’t provide. Despite explaining my reason for disconnection, their outdated systems haven’t updated my status. Even after returning their equipment, the calls keep coming. Same script, same lack of understanding. Now they want the device back again, showing a complete lack of internal coordination. It's incredibly incompetent. Given the numerous negative reviews, it feels like there are far more unhappy customers than active subscribers. This behavior explains why. Disappointing Experience with the Service

I've been using the internet from this provider for a few days, and the service is terrible. Payment details are not updating correctly in the portal, and I constantly have to deal with customer service to get online. I'm really let down by the service.

Unstable Connection and Poor Support

The WiFi connection is very unstable, and customer support is unreliable. They keep asking the same questions about the router, even after I've explained the issue multiple times. They've even placed a penalty on me, asking for proof of our conversations. This service feels like a scam, and I hope others won't fall for it.

Terrible Network Quality

This is the worst network connection I’ve experienced. Sometimes there’s no internet, and when there is, it’s slow and laggy with very high ping. Customer service is also unhelpful, and the speed provided is far below what was promised. I strongly advise against using this service.

Extremely Poor Service

This is the worst service I’ve encountered. I’ve used Wi-Fi from various providers, but this one is the least satisfactory. There’s no proper guidance, and they expect payment before installation. It’s been two days with no Wi-Fi, and I’m extremely disappointed.
