Your support person claims to help and then escalates the issue to the next day, and they are not even willing to pick up the phone the following day. Because of such a bad experience, we have already closed two accounts, and now there are two more accounts pending. If you cannot resolve the issue with one of these accounts, we will have no choice but to close these as well. There are many other good companies in the market better than yours. It is essential that you resolve this issue as soon as possible, or we will close these accounts within a day or two.
