As far as Mumbai is concerned, Neither the owner Mr. Viren Raheja nor its top management have any respect for loyal Employees nor customers.Their bandwidth provisioning at the backend NOC is also not proper & customers have to compromise with their paid money & their outdated cable broadband technology infrastructure,let alone tolerate the tantrums of the local cable operator.. This is my personal experience as an Ex Employee & Ex Head Customer support for 10 long years from 2003- 2013. So i definitely know the in & out of the company, its management, its customers & the unethical ways of false ratings given to TRAI team by false claims.If possible/available search alternate ISP providers & dont give your hard earned money to Hathway.Giving false Excuses of limitations of cable broadband, their main goal is to convert customers to fiber technology & Extract a premium amount
