I moved to an area where this provider doesn't offer service, so I disconnected and switched to another ISP. However, the issues didn't stop there. Their backend team constantly calls me, often 5-6 times a day, aggressively trying to sell renewal plans for a service they can't provide. Even after explaining my disconnection, their outdated systems haven't updated my status. After returning their equipment, the calls continue. They even ask for the device back again, showing a lack of internal coordination. It's utterly incompetent. With so many negative reviews, it genuinely feels like there are more unhappy customers than active subscribers. This behavior is telling. Has anyone successfully stopped this harassment by escalating to the regulatory authority? If so, please share your experience. They call from various numbers, seemingly as part of a spamming strategy. Avoid this service if you value your peace of mind, and if you've had a bad experience, please leave an honest review to inform others.
