I had placed and order on 16 Jan 2024 and the order was placed and even I got the confirmation message but till now I haven't received yet the item which I have ordered . I message the them through wats app but they don't dear to reply my message instead they just ignored my chat. I was wandering why they accept my order if they can't deliver instead they could have rejected my order. It's just horrible to wait
