I ordered a Oneplus 15 case for my new phone. Post trying it, I realised that there was a design flaw in the product as the OEM USB cable is unable to charge the phone due cutout hole being small. I emailed the Hatke team with all video proofs but they refused to resolve the issue. Totally pathetic company.Please do not waste your money on their products!!!
I am writing this to warn others about my pathetic experience with "The Hatke." I ordered a mobile cover (Order ID: 1986064) which turned out to be completely different from the photos on their website. The website showed a cover with a protected USB port and camera lens area, but the actual product had neither. After raising a complaint, their support team (care@thehatke agreed to a replacement/refund and arranged a pickup. The product was picked up on January 19th, and I informed them immediately. Since then, they have completely stopped responding. It has been a week with no replacement sent and no refund issued. They essentially took the product back and kept my money too. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. If you value your money and expect decent customer service, stay away from this site. They do not follow basic business ethics. I ordered two cases and from the last ten days, their shipment ID shows that the consignment has reached a kilometer away from the house but there are no real reasons updated for the delay in delivery. The company along with Ekart are cheating customers by promising to deliver any consignment within 5-7 days and are just siphoning off and stealing your hard earned money through an online website in the guise of a business
