I am trying to return them - cost over $100 aus dollars and this is the response I got “ We understand your desire to return the item.However, in cases like this, the cost of return shipping can sometimes exceed the item's original price. Furthermore, we are unable to issue a refund if the return shipment is lost in transit. To provide a satisfactory resolution while avoiding these risks, we propose a compromise of $8 to close this matter”.
