Terrible customer service, my order has been stuck in Germany since beginning of Jan 25 (order placed in December 24) I have emailed them numerous times and just get an automated response. I have now asked for a refund as the package is obviously lost and they will not reply to my requests. Still get an email that they are moving head office….that doesn’t stop you replying to enquiries. Not happy. Update, so only when the tracking status eventually changes (3 weeks later) do they send me an email. This still doesn’t negate the fact that at no point did they respond to my numerous emails over 2 weeks trying to get an update. My review still stands and unfortunately I would not recommend unless you live in Sweden.
