Ordered 1 x Hat (Order #196442) however immediately upon arrival I noticed a factory error where the last clip had melted and couldn't be utilised, which is an issue because that the clip I use for my big head. Told them about it, they said "it should still work fine" even though I couldn't properly wear the hatm despite trying. Asked for a refund, shown evidence and they repeatedly said nope, eventually sent me a return label and after 3 weeks posting it, was told since it wasnt in original condition they wouldn't give me a refund. The hat was faulty anyway, they told me to try it on hence the unoriginal condition, were they going to resell a broken hat!?!/

The pricing is dodgy. They increase the prices and then discount it for a sale, making the sale price not much different to the RRP. I bought a hat last year for $44.99. The RRP has been increased to $51.99 and discounted to $41.59. How can a hat that is one year now more expensive?
