I bought a couple of hats from Hatstore Australia and needed to return one, the instructions on the original order email and website were easy to follow, the refund was due to be paid on receipt of the returned item, in my case 12-16 days, however the funds were in my account the day after I provided the tracking number, very good service by the AU team.
