They said to send it back at my own cost and put the price no higher than 1aud. Confusing and dodgy as. Won't be shopping again. EDIT - I didn't return the hat because you expected me to return at my own cost and risk. So I accepted your 10% refund without no other choice really. So it Doesn't mean I was happy with the customer service or the hat. The hat is clearly inferior and I showed the photo proof comparing the quality to my other 9forty hats.
