I ordered my anniversary present for my husband with about 2 week’s lead time, thinking this was an Australian company, (hatstoreaustralia) only to receive an email from Denmark advising that my order had been shipped 4 days later. Delivery is supposed to be guaranteed 6-10 days?This company is misleading consumers and I’m furious that on the eve of my wedding anniversary, I have nothing to give to my husband.. BUYER BEWARE!!! nothing is transparent about their online prescence and one has to sift through the fine details to appreciate the crooks that we’re dealing with.
